Autumn de Wilde's nostalgic, understated images have helped define the persona of indie and alt rock. De Wilde has photographed album covers for Elliot Smith, The White Stripes, Fiona Apple, and Beck, among others. She also directs music videos: the videos for Rilo Kiley’s “Silver Lining,” Jonathan Rice’s “We’re All Stuck In The Desert,” and Spoon’s “I Turn My Camera On” were all De Wilde’s doing. Her work has appeared in Spin Magazine, Rolling Stone, Nylon, the LA Times, and the New York Times.
